Welcome to Wandroo. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Wandroo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
You may sign in using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google, Apple, or Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the Service
Wandroo allows you to collaboratively plan trips with other users. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
- Use automated means to access or scrape the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Wandroo, including trip plans, suggestions, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Wandroo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Wandroo name, logo, and all related designs, text, graphics, and software are the property of Wandroo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
6. Email Communications
By using Wandroo, you agree to receive transactional and notification emails related to your account and trip activity, such as trip invitations, status updates, planning changes, ownership transfers, and voting milestones. You may manage your email notification preferences from the Profile screen in the app. Transactional emails essential to the service (such as trip invitations and account deletion confirmations) may still be sent regardless of your preferences.
7. Third-Party Services
Wandroo may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, map services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandroo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or travel-related expenses.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wandroo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
